Q: Is the $100 enrollment fee one-time only, or is it an annual fee?
A: The enrollment fee is one-time only as long as the pet remains consecutively enrolled year after year. Canceling a plan and then enrolling later would include another enrollment fee.

Q: Is there a multi-pet discount?
A: Each pet is a $100 enrollment fee plus the monthly fee.

Q: Do puppy and kitten boosters qualify under Pet Prime?
What about adult boosters for vaccines like leptospirosis?
A: Yes, to both! Vaccines included with Pet Prime are meant to be used during routine visits, and this consists of all vaccines and boosters that your veterinarian recommends.

Q: Is the cost of the visit covered for a sick pet exam?
A: The exam cost is 100% covered under Pet Prime Memberships. Diagnostics, treatments, and medications are all invoiced at regular prices.

Q: Does Pet Prime include discounts on all bloodwork for my pet?
A: The Pet Prime bloodwork discount can be used once annually and is for bloodwork done as part of a routine wellness exam or an elective procedure such as a dental cleaning. Any bloodwork done as a part of a sick pet visit is the regular price.

Q: Are substitutions allowed for preventatives?
A: Pet Prime only includes Simparica Trio or a combination of Simparica and ProHeart 12 for dogs and Revolution for cats.

Q: My dog weighs more than 132 pounds. Is the additional preventative covered under Pet Prime?
A: Pet Prime membership only covers dosages up to 132 pounds. The Pet Prime member is responsible for the cost of any additional preventative needed for dogs over 132 pounds.

Q: How do I use Zoetis PetCare Rewards with Pet Prime?
A: Pet Prime includes 12 months of parasite prevention, although we typically dispense six months at a time. Single doses may be dispensed for younger pets until a stable weight is reached. The invoice provided at each visit allows the Pet Prime member to submit the full PetCare Rewards amount, even when a single dose is dispensed.

Q: Can Care Credit be used to pay for Pet Prime?
A: Care Credit can’t be used for services that are not rendered at the time of payment, and Care Credit information can’t be stored in our system to be used for monthly Pet Prime payments.

Q: What happens if my pet passes away or I move?
A: Per the agreement, plans can be canceled at any time. Any services provided under the Pet Prime plan will be invoiced at regular price, with monthly payments applied towards the balance (excluding the $100 enrollment fee). The Pet Prime member would then be responsible for the balance due, OR we would owe the member a refund if the payments made were greater than the price of the items used. Preventatives such as prescription products are not able to be returned.
